Youssef Ouamamou

My name is Youssef Ouamamou.  I am originally from Morocco. This will be my first year at Tarbiyah Academy,  in shaa Allah. I have studied a Master’s degree in (TAFL) Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language from Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco. I also have a bachelor’s degree in English Studies (Linguistics major) From Ibnzohr University Agadir. I am a native speaker of Arabic and Tamazight, and I am fluent in both English and French. I worked in different institutes and schools for the past 7 years.

I believe that teaching is not only providing students with the knowledge but also planting the love of learning, reinforcing good behaviors and building students leadership skills. As an AQI teacher, I will do my best -in shaa Allah-  to provide students with the linguistic skills needed to effectively communicate and use the Arabic language in different life contexts following the IB learner profile Standards.
