Muna Hali

Ms. Muna Hali is a one of a few Arabic teachers who are also Maryland State Certified in Elementary and Special Education.  With eight years of experience, she has taught Arabic, Qur’an, and Islamic Studies across different ages.  Ms. Hali graduated from Towson University with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary and Special Education and is currently working on her Masters in Educational Technology from University of Maryland University College.  Ms. Hali knows the importance of learning Arabic as a key to reading the Qu’ran and understanding its message.  She believes that along with parents, it is our duty as educators to install the love of the Arabic language in the hearts of children so that they may increase their knowledge of Islam.  She is excited to take part in nourishing Tarbiyah Academy students’ minds and hearts so that they can always be life-long learners (and speakers) of the Arabic language.
