Meet Our CEO – Rasha El-Haggan

We’re thrilled to welcome back our founding Head of School, Rasha El-Haggan — now stepping into the role of Chief Executive Officer! Rasha will drive the Academy’s strategic vision, financial health, academic excellence, and community impact. She’ll be working closely with school leadership and serving as a vital bridge between the Board and school operations.

Continuing as Head of School – Hagar Aboubakr

Hagar Aboubakr remains at the heart of Tarbiyah as our Head of School, leading our academic programs and student life with dedication and care. Her leadership has been essential to our growth, and now, alongside Rasha, she’ll help bring our shared vision to life inside the classroom.
