All payments will be billed through TADS on a monthly basis. By pressing the submit button, I verify that this is my digital signature. I understand that if I pick up my child after 6 pm, I will be charged $1.00 per minute for each minute I’m late. I also understand that I will be billed for all after care charges through TADS on a monthly basis. I agree to pay all tuition and related charges as they become due. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of service for my child/children and Tarbiyah Academy may purse all legal remedies to collect any outstanding and unpaid tuition and charges.
